Direct Support Professionals (Part-Time) perform daily direct care staffing functions & maintain day-to-day operations of group homes serving adults with developmental disabilities in an HCBS setting. The DSP reports to the House Manager.
DSPs must have one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential group home. Must possess a valid driver's license (with 6 points or less on driving record), pass extensive background checks, and be able to obtain Therapeutic Options (Therops), CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration/Refresher, and other certifications. Excellent work environment, training, & compensation with opportunity for advancement. Pay commensurate with experience and education. EOE.
